YMCA Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Certified, IFTAA Certified Step Aerobics, TRX Suspension Certified. Through her experiences as a collegiate athlete as well as a cancer survivor, she gained a desire for bettering the body and creating overall well-being through diet and exercise. She is also a Certified Fitness (F1) Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) which allows her to quickly identify any physical limitations that may be causing a player's golf swing inefficiencies and master simple solutions to get them back on track.
